The new Data Sheet is now available to all ChartHop customers.

As one of the most used views in ChartHop, Data Sheet is where teams explore, analyze, and act on people data. After an Alpha, a Beta, and feedback from 90+ customers, it’s now faster, clearer, and more powerful.‍

Key improvements:

• Row numbers for easier reference and collaboration
• Expandable side panel to view full person or job details without losing context
• Quick action button for common tasks with fewer clicks
• Instant column creation directly from the table
• Calculated Columns to test logic in real time
  • Plus one-click conversion to Calculated Fields for reuse across ChartHop‍

• Bulk edit via right-click for faster updates at scale
• Improved copy/paste with spreadsheets
• Richer column hover details, including formulas, CQL names, and summaries‍
• New tab manager with Save as New Tab and Restore options
• Spreadsheet-style keyboard navigation
• Clearer edit states to reduce errors

This release also lays the groundwork for upcoming features, including better support for very large orgs and a new pivot table experience.

Multi-Language Support for Forms and Fields

Multi-language support in ChartHop just got even better

Admins can now translate:

• Custom fields
• Field labels
• Form questions
  

Supported across five languages, ensuring employees see content in the language that works best for them.

Form responses can also be translated, making it easier for HR teams to review and analyze feedback across regions — without language barriers.

Time Off Carryover and Ledger

Introducing the Time Off Ledger — a single source of truth for managing time off.

HR teams can now:
