How is ChartHop pricing calculated?
ChartHop is priced per employee, per month — billed annually. You pay for ChartHop Core plus any modules you add. Pricing scales with your team size, so you're always paying for what you actually use.
Is ChartHop Core available without any modules?
Yes. ChartHop Core is a complete product on its own, giving you people analytics, org visualization, and AI insights across your workforce. You can add workflow modules at any time as your needs grow.
Can I add modules after I sign?
Yes. ChartHop is designed to grow with you. You can add modules as your needs evolve, and your account team can help you identify what makes sense next.

It’s really simple. We charge a transparent base fee per employee, per month (PEPM). You only pay for the specific modules you need—like Headcount Planning or Compensation—so the platform grows right alongside your headcount.
How long does it take to get up and running?
We’re built for speed. Because of our deep native integrations, most teams can see their live data visualized in a beautiful org chart on day one. We don’t believe in six-month "implementation marathons"—our goal is to get you out of spreadsheets and into strategic planning in weeks, not months.
